Exchange Description: I have access to considerable piece of open land on the outskirts of a major metro. It has easy access and well connected with a highway. This area is not fully developed as residential but ideal to use for a business that requires open space for drying, storage etc., I want to keep the immovable construction(building) on this land to the bare minimum for future but use the open area effectively.
